Claims
Claims against the natural person are brought to court in his inhabitation area. Claims against legal bodies are brought to court on their site. Claims about alimony collecting, about paternity recognition of the respondent, claims which arise from labour legal relations, can be brought also, on the place of residence of the claimant. Claims concerning marriage rupture can be brought also on the place of residence of the claimant in case if there are juvenile or minor children on his maintenance or if he cannot leave to a residence of the respondent because of state of health or under other reasonable excuses. Claims about compensation of harm caused by a mutilation, other damage of health or death of the natural person, harm caused by committing a crime can be brought also on the place of residence of the claimant or in an injury place. Claims concerning compensation of harm, caused to the person by illegal decisions, actions or a divergence of agencies in charge of preliminary investigation, a pretrial investigation, Office of Public Prosecutor or court, can be shown also, on the place of residence of the claimant. Claims about protection of the consumer rights can be brought also on the place of residence of the consumer or where in an injury of the treaty took place. Claims about compensation of the harm caused to property of natural or legal bodies, can also be brought in an injury place. Claims which arise from the branch or legal person representation activity can also be brought on their site. Claims which arise from conflicts concerning contracts in which the place of performance or performance which through their specifics is only possible in a certain place, is specified, can be brought also in a place of performance of the present contracts. Claims against the respondent which residence is unknown, are brought on a site of respondent's property or in a place of his stay or on the last known place of residence of the respondent. Claims against the respondent who has no residence in contry, can be brought on a site of his property or in the last known place of his residing or stay in the country. The property sites and the last known residence or stay of the respondent should be in each case authentically established. Claims about the indemnification, caused by collision of vessels, and also concerning collecting of the sums of compensation for rescuing on the sea can be brought also on a site of a vessel of the respondent or vessel registration port. Claims against the creditor concerning a recognition of an executive inscription of the notary such, that does not come under action, or about returning of the notary collected on an executive inscription can be brought also in a place of its action.C
